Why Clustercraft

We're built to deliver, not just to sell.

The IT services industry has a familiar failure pattern. Senior people sell. Juniors build. The gap between what was promised and what arrives is where most projects quietly fail.

Clustercraft is structured to close that gap. Our in-house team of twelve covers web app development, mobile app development, custom software, UI/UX design, and digital marketing — under one roof, no offshore subcontracting.

The same engineer who scopes your platform writes its first commit. The same designer who pitches your interface ships its final pixel. It's a slower way to grow an IT company. A better way to deliver software.

We worked with three IT companies before. Clustercraft is the first where the people on the kickoff are the same on the call six months later.

They pushed back on three things in our brief and they were right about all three. Worth the rate alone for that.

/ 06 — FAQ

Common questions.

What does a typical web app or mobile app project cost?

A focused MVP starts around USD 12K. A full product engagement covering UI/UX design, web app development, and mobile app development lands between USD 25K and USD 60K. Custom software development for enterprise platforms scales beyond that. Digital marketing retainers begin at USD 1.5K per month. As an Ahmedabad-based IT company, our hourly rates run between USD 25 and USD 45 depending on seniority.

How long does a software development project take?

A marketing site or landing page takes three to five weeks. An MVP web app or mobile app takes eight to twelve weeks. A full product with design system and growth setup takes twelve to twenty weeks. Enterprise software development engagements run six months or longer depending on integrations and compliance requirements.

Do you work with international clients outside India?

Yes — most of our work. Active clients across the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Singapore, and India. Daily standups run on the client's timezone. Our office is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, but our delivery model is built for distributed software development.

Who actually does the work on my project?

Our own in-house team of twelve software engineers, UI/UX designers, and digital marketers. We do not subcontract or run an offshore back-room. Every engagement names the developers, designers, and marketers up front.

What technologies do you specialise in?

Web app development on Next.js, React, Node.js, Postgres, and AWS. Mobile app development on iOS, Android, React Native, and Flutter. Custom software engineering across Python, TypeScript, and Go. AI-native tools using OpenAI and Anthropic APIs with RAG pipelines. Digital marketing on Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and CRO.

What happens after launch?

Three options. A full hand-off with documentation. A care retainer starting at USD 800 per month for bug fixes, monitoring, and minor improvements. Or a full growth retainer where we keep designing, building, and running digital marketing as the product evolves.

Can you take over an existing project?

Often, yes. We start with a paid two-week audit covering the existing codebase, design system, and growth setup. We then tell you whether to continue, refactor, or rebuild. About a third of our engagements begin this way.
